  Rockstar Dense Stone Sealer is a solvent based sealer which is designed to penetrate dense stone, sealing the pores yet leaving the stone with a natural finish. Once cured it will protect the stone from water and salt damage as well as provide stain resistance and graffiti protection. Rockstar Dense Stone Sealer has been designed for use on denser stones (i.e. bluestone, vitrified, marble and granite) and is also suitable for use on all earthen materials.
  Application
 

For best results the surface should always be pre-sealed with Rockstar All Stone Pre-Seal before the surface is cleaned and sealed.

Ensure the surface is free from grease and dirt and that any prior coatings have been removed. For heavily soiled floors it is recommended that a combination of Rockstar Heavy Duty Degreaser (HDD) and Rockstar Neutral Clean are used. Once the floor is free from contamination and dry, the sealing process can start.

Always test product on a small area first. And allow a 24-hour cure time to determine the ease of application and desired results.

Two coats of Rockstar Dense Stone Sealer should be applied with a low pressure pump (non electric) or a lambs wool applicator. Allow 10 minutes for product to penetrate surface then wipe with a clean white dry cloth to remove excess product. The initial coat coverage rate will vary between 5m2/lt (54ft2/qt) and 15m2/lt (161ft2/qt) depending on the porosity of the material. Subsequent coats will attain a coverage rate of up to 20m2/lt (215ft2/qt). There will be a drying time of around 60 minutes between coats depending on weather and humidity. The surface should be allowed 24 hours to fully cure and develop weather resistance.
